These terms apply to store owners who use Scale1 to create, edit and run online stores. By creating an account or publishing a store, you agree to them.
You are fully responsible for everything shown on your store, including text, images, logos, labels, product descriptions, claims, prices, shipping and return rules, policies and any content created or suggested by our AI tools. AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Before you publish, and whenever you make changes, you must check that everything on your store is accurate, complete, lawful and allowed in the countries where you sell.
You must not make claims you cannot support, including medical claims or claims that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease.
Subscriptions, AI credits and platform fees are charged as shown in your account at the time of purchase.
