Short answer
Scale1 costs $49/month for one plan, Basic, with everything included: your branded store, ready-to-ship supplement and beauty products, label artwork, checkout, supplier shipping and the AI store assistant. There is no free trial. Per order, only the product and shipping cost, a 0.85% platform fee and Stripe's card fee apply.
What you pay per order
When a customer orders, the product and shipping cost of that order is used to pay the supplier, Scale1 keeps a 0.85% platform fee, and Stripe's standard card processing fee is passed on at cost. Everything else is yours. Example: a product with about $12 in product and shipping cost sold at $39 leaves about $27 before the 0.85% platform fee, the Stripe fee and your marketing. Pricing questions
How much does Scale1 cost?
Scale1 has one plan: Basic at $49/month. There is no free trial. On each order, the product and shipping cost is deducted from that order's payment to pay the supplier, plus a 0.85% platform fee, and Stripe's normal card processing fee is passed on at cost. See pricing.
How much profit can I make?
You set your own price, and Scale1 shows a suggested price and your profit per sale on every product. As an example, a product with about $12 in product and shipping cost sold at $39 leaves about $27 before payment fees and your marketing costs. Try the profit calculator.
How do I get paid?
You connect Stripe in one click with a short form (no extra password). Customers pay at checkout, you are the seller on their card statement, and Stripe pays out to your bank every Monday. You see every order and payout in your dashboard.
Who handles taxes and legal requirements?
You do, as the store owner. You are responsible for registering your business where required, charging and paying sales tax or VAT, and following the product and advertising rules of the countries you sell to. Scale1 gives you policy page templates, but they are not legal advice. See the Terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time from your settings.
